I'm new to Soundcloud, so I'm not aware of its full feature-set, but I haven't seen this capability. As for combining images with the mix, my "Nimita" image, above, is my best offering for now. Creating moving images that respond to the music would be a dream, but I don't have the bandwidth to do that at this point. I find that the iTunes 9 visualizer does a good job with the task.
